Marcus was born and brought up in the Forest of Dean, a place that he still has close ties with and regularly visits. Marcus left school at 16 years of age and joined the Midlands Electricity Board on a youth training scheme, a place where he learnt that hard work paid dividends.

At 20 years of age, he joined the Financial Services industry and has never looked back. He is currently Managing Director at Brunsdon Financial, one of the longest standing and independently owned financial services companies in the UK.

Brunsdon Financial has been a long term supporter of the Pied Piper, raising funds and engaging in various projects over the years. It seemed a natural progression for Marcus to join the trustee board of a charity that he holds very close to his heart.
