This local printing company based at Waterwells Business Park in Quedgeley have been supporting The Pied Piper Appeal for many years. Not only does the company give monetary contributions, Alpha Colour Printers give the charity very generous prices for printing. For the past 10 years they have supplied drivers and courtesy mini-buses to return walkers to their starting points in our annual Walkathon. This year they are also sponsoring a checkpoint and hoping to enter a team. They have made many donations and given sponsorship for our events and fundraising literature over the years. Fortis Insurance Ltd in Gloucester have been huge supporters of The Pied Piper Appeal for many years and have fundraised in many different ways, helping to raise 10 thousand pounds for the charity. This year they are once again sponsoring the Walkathon event. In 2007 their fundraising raised over £600. As well as other fundraising activities during the year, their charity committee have decided to award the charity with a substantial donation for a specific piece of equipment for the Children's Centre at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. Not only do they support our events in this way, but they also provide the office with technical support when there are problems with the office computers. Alder King Property Consultants are continuing their support by sponsoring our Teddy Bears Picnic again, this year it is being held on 22nd July at Highnam Court. Last years event was an emourmous success with over 300 families enjoying the beautiful grounds at Highnam Court and the many activities. Lincoln Financial Group got our year off to a flying start by donating 6 thousand pounds for 10 very needed folding beds for the Children's Centre at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. These beds will allow parents to stay next to their child's bedside, whilst also allowing them to rest and sleep.

APD Cotswold Ltd,a family run motor factory with depots in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Bristol held a massive charity bike ride in May 2006. They raised two and a half thousand pounds, which they donated to The Pied Piper Appeal. Thank you to all who supported the cyclists and of course to everyone who took to their bike to help raise the money.

Racecourse Cars in Bishops Cleeve held a Blue Cross Sale on 20th and 21st August 2006, in support of The Pied Piper Appeal and Battledown Children's Ward.
